Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Domestic (US): 3-7 business days
- International: 7-21 business days
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Second Nature Studios is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@secondnaturestudios.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@secondnaturestudios.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
